| Size is based on water depth, not tank size. Small (S): for water depths of 7–10.6 inches (18–27 cm) Medium (M): for 10.6–17.7 inches (27–45 cm) Large (L): for 14.2–23.6 inches (36–60 cm) Please measure the depth of your tank to choose the appropriate size. |
| No bubbles are coming out of the airstone. What should I do? |
| The IRUZIO Cleaner is designed to operate quietly with a standard 1.5W air pump.If a high-pressure pump is used, excess air may accumulate inside the unit, causing it to float. To prevent this, please adjust the air pressure so that the water level inside the cleaner rises about 1 cm above the tank’s water surface. |
| The suction seems weak after installing the IRUZIO Aquarium Cleaner. What should I check? |
| We recommend rinsing the sponge filter with clean tap water every 1–2 days.Place the filter in a container filled with tap water and squeeze it thoroughly while submerged.This ensures that fine debris inside the sponge is also removed. ※ Note: If your tank uses soil or sand as substrate, more frequent and careful cleaning is recommended to maintain optimal filter performance. |
